Their collaboration produces dynamic teams that work together to generate ethical and reliable results, ultimately, helping to bring our clients’ product to market. William J. Neumann
Vice President, Quality Assurance and Regulatory Affairs
Bill and his team ensure the overall regulatory compliance of CPT with GMP, GLP, GCP, DEA, EPA, OSHA regulations, the ISO/IEC 17025:2017 Standard and other relevant guidelines and regulations. He oversees the daily activities of the QA Department and ensures the proper functioning of the CPT Quality Management System, initiating improvements as warranted. Bill provides regulatory guidance to the entire CPT staff, as well as consultation services to CPT clients. He serves as the primary contact for client auditors and Regulatory Agency Inspectors, providing all oral and written communications, the hosting of inspections, and the performance of supporting or follow-up activities.
Bipin Jadav
Manager, Analytical Services
Bipin oversees the daily operation of the Analytical Laboratory including, but not limited to, the planning, scheduling, execution and documenting of work and support activities; the review and interpretation of lab generated data and test results; and technical problem solving. He has been employed at CPT since 1998 and is responsible for maintaining an environment of compliance with GMP, GLP, DEA, EPA, OSHA, ISO 17025, CPT SOPs, Test Methods and approved Protocols. He is strongly committed to customer service, to ensure CPT’s clients receive information in a timely manner.
Dr. Keith Goins
Director, Microbiology Services
Keith has served as Director of Microbiological Services since 2005. This division offers varied testing services for the Cosmetic/Personal Care, OTC/Rx Drug, and Medical Device industries. Testing services include Microbial Limits Testing, Preservative Efficacy/Challenge Testing (USP, EP, ISO and PCPC methods), Antibiotic Potency, Water Testing, in vitro Time Kill Testing, Environmental Monitoring, Water Activity and other routine/non-routine tests. Keith received a B.S. in Biology and Chemistry from Middle Tennessee State University and his Ph.D. in Microbiology from Auburn University. Keith is a member of the PCPC Microbiology Committee and has participated in the ASTM E35 committee.
Eric Relvas
Manager, Administrative and Client Services
Eric oversees the receipt and log-in of client-submitted study materials, authorizing documentation, and their review for completeness and accuracy. Eric has been employed at CPT since 2014, and his team resolves any subsequent issues, and facilitates the testing process between clients and lab management, answering any questions that may arise after sample receipt. His team is responsible for report generation, data management of all reports, and their submission. Eric is also responsible for reports which are uploaded to eCPT, the company’s web portal that may be utilized by clients to monitor study progress and download reports.
Michael Lutz
Technical Director, Clinical, Photobiology & Bio-Instrumentation
Michael has been employed by CPT since 1994, and assists in the development and review of protocols for human clinical trials and bioinstrumentation studies consistent with GCP, local, state and federal laws and regulations, and compliance with individual client requirements. Michael promotes and coordinates technical expertise for the implementation of protocols, and standard operating procedures, for clinical safety and efficacy trials, including bioinstrumentation and photobiology projects. He researches alternative technical solutions to meet client goals more efficiently, to increase cost savings, and to promote in general, the technical expertise of CPT. He monitors results of internal technologies for implementation of greater efficiencies, and liaisons with the IT department to ensure proper backup and storage capabilities.
Leslie Eberspeacher
Director, Sales
Leslie provides leadership and vision to the sales staff by overseeing the core functions of the Account Managers, and client relationships for the company. Leslie has been employed by CPT since 2006, and assists the Chief Executive Officers, Vice Presidents, and Directors in the development of company and departmental sales goals. She researches and helps define operational efficiencies and strategies to optimize incoming leads for discussion with management. She is well versed in CPT’s capabilities, and strategies for attaining client’s goals through appropriate project management and parameters.
Deborah Neumann
Vice President, Operations
Deborah has over 45 years of experience in accounting, human resources, legal, and operations departments at CPT, leading corporate initiatives with unique insight into the organizational effectiveness and development of staff, legal contracts and compliance, financial goals and the core business strategy. SHRM-SCP certified from 2018 to the present, Deborah also serves as an Advocacy Team Member for SHRM, and currently is on the Customer Experience Advisory Board of Seton Hall University, Stillman School of Business.
